New
status for shipments ready to be sent
A new status has been added to help separate
shipments that are ready to be sent and those that are not. A shipment
becomes Ready when all of its pick list items have been picked.
Improved
tax management for bills
When
transferring a bill to Zoho Books, the tax sent is determined based on the
information available:
The
vendor’s tax.
If no tax is set for the chosen
vendor, the tax is determined by the shipping address of the purchase
order (or the vendor’s address if it is a pick-up at vendor), based on
the configuration
of taxes by region in ALIX.
If no delivery address is
provided, there will be no tax.
New
filter in the operations board
In order to
facilitate the visibility of production, it is now possible to filter by site.
Find all the filters in the top right corner of the table.
Restore
a completed or canceled card
Completed
or canceled cards can now be restored. Restoration allows you to choose at
which step to replace the card.
Two new
configurations have been developed to allow you to force the addition of reporting
tags on cards or on sales orders. By enabling these configurations,
it becomes mandatory to add at least one reporting tag to the creation of a
card or sales order, which ensures that transactions will be properly accounted
for.
Zoho
Books integration - ability to map invoice templates by currency
For Zoho
Books users, an improvement has been made related to the mapping of invoice
templates. It now takes currency into account, which brings greater flexibility
to your invoice templates.

Changing the label configuration
When
configuring labels, the entity is now required. This field must therefore be
selected when creating a label and will not be editable afterwards. For your
existing labels that do not have an entity, it will have to be chosen the next
time you edit.
