Hello! Here are the improvements brought by this update.

 

Search has been redesigned to be even simpler and more efficient.

  • When you enter multiple words, each one is considered separately.
  • ALIX makes sure that all these words appear in the results.

Example: If you search for "blue, white, red," the results will show items containing blue, white, and red, regardless of the order or where those words appear.

These enhancements apply to all searchable lists, such as the list of items, sales orders, and so on.

 



New - Camera scanning

It is now possible to search for a card in the operations board by directly scanning its QR code with your tablet, cellphone or computer camera.

This improvement makes searching easier and more accessible, even without an external drive.


Managing permissions for adding files in cards steps

You can now choose which security groups are allowed to add files in card steps. A new configuration is available to define precisely which groups have the right to add files.



Adding the tax ID number to the customer file

Add and manage the tax identification number in customer files, which is also visible in shipments.
