Welcome to our new AI agent, ALIX!
ALIX now includes an artificial intelligence agent capable of answering your questions about the manufacturer and the use of the platform. Directly connected to the knowledge base, it gives you fast, reliable, and consistent answers, while evolving with updates to better support your day-to-day work.
Find it in the menu at the top right:
With this update, the AI agent will be automatically activated for all talent within the Admin, Gestion, Planner, Buyer, and Sales security groups.

Discover the new help menu integrated into ALIX
Navigate between resources more easily with our new centralized help menu. Get one-click access to the knowledge base, the ALIX AI agent for interactive assistance, the support form, and the latest updates. Everything is in place to offer you clear, fast support adapted to your needs.
Create a bill without a purchase order
You can now create a bill directly, without having to go through a purchase order. This enhancement simplifies the management of one-time purchases and speeds up bill processing when the situation does not require a formal order.

Price list enhancements : margin and discount management
Price lists are becoming more flexible. In addition to the custom prices already available, it is now possible to set margins and discounts directly in a price list. This enhancement provides more granular control over your pricing strategy and makes it easy to tailor your business terms to each customer.

Manage your sales prices in multiple currencies
You can now
assign a sale price to your items in different currencies. An ideal step
forward for companies that work with international customers.

Sales order management with price based on material weight
ALIX now
supports the creation of sales orders containing items whose sales price is
calculated according to the material weight. When entering the order, it
is possible to adjust the unit weight, and the price is automatically updated
according to the material price. This enhancement makes it easier to
manage items sold by weight and ensure accurate and consistent billing.
To do this, several elements have been added:
Materials
Added the Selling unit measure and Unit selling price fields in the material definition. The sale price can also be set up in multiple currencies. Learn more: Materials configuration.
Items
Added the sales price computing method Price based on material weight. When this method is selected, the sales price displayed is the material price that is defined on the General tab of the item, and this price will be used in sales orders. Learn more: Item - Sale tab.
Sales order

New API routes (in development)
We have started to deploy the first ALIX API routes, which are now available in the technical documentation. This section is still under development: several routes are already accessible, and others will be added gradually over the next updates.
