Fixes

1. Fixed the inventory grid sorting, now sorted by creation date.
   

2. Fixed an issue in the shipment reservation grid where alternative items no longer appeared.
   

3. Fixed an issue preventing the creation of a shipment and an invoice from an on-hold sales order.
