Hello! Here are the improvements brought by this update.
New Project Planning Report
A brand new report is appearing in ALIX: project planning. It allows you to visualize the items needed to complete a project and whether they are in stock in sufficient quantities or not. With this information, you can create purchase orders or production orders directly from the list of recommendations.
To view this new report: From the menu on the left, choose Planning -> Planning, and then click Project at the top of the page.
Adding an Invoice Contact
When invoicing, it will now be possible to choose a contact person other than the main contact to whom to send the invoice by email. This new feature will allow, for example, to have an Accounting contact on a client, and to send them invoices directly.
Note: Works when ALIX is connected with Zoho Books for invoicing.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue when deleting a purchase order line.
- Fixed an issue with managing production reservations.
- Fixed a file synchronization issue between an item and its variant.
- Fixed a problem with supplier display in the Purchase tab of an item.
