Minor improvements

  1. Added Unit Surface and Unit Volume columns to the Items grid and analytic views.
  2. The ALIX username is no more case sensitive on the sign in page.

Corrections

  1. Fix the fact that when two lines are billed one after the other very quickly, the second invoice line could disappear in Books.
  2. Fixed so that the number of bookings is consistent in Alix's table and what was actually booked.
  3. Change so that the date of receipt in the history is the same as in the inventory.
  4. Fixed an issue with tax code on sales order line items.
