Contexte Context

This release brings a new Sales Price List feature that comes with our brand new ALIX user experience that will eventually rollout to all modules.

News

✯ Added Sales Price List
  1.  It was already possible to add a default sales price in every item(article) in ALIX and now it is possible to define custom price list when to associate one to your customers. A new concept Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) had been added into the item(article) and into the Price List where it can customized.
  2. This module can found below the "Projects" section. To create a new one, simply click the create button top right. To edit, simply on a record in the grid.
  3. To delete, select a row and an action menu will appear above grid :
  4. When creating a new list or editing, the information will be presented with a header section and a grid for all the items(articles) included in the Price List. Upon change, a banner will be visible on the top and ask for a confirmation before saving.
  5. A new field has been added to customer contacts to link them to one Price List. Only Price List with same currency as the customer will be selectable.  
  6. The Price List information will impacts Sales lines within a project where a customer is selected.


✯ Added view feature on the shipment grid
  1. It is now possible to change columns and save as a view in the shipment grid. A "plus" button to add new shipment from here has also been added:

✯ Improvement on employee-equipment association feature
  1. The configuration that asks an equipment on clock-in can now be disabled by department. For example, this will enable to skip this question for administration employees on clock-in.

  2. On the equipment selection popup on clock-in, equipment will no more appear in double when assigned to more than one step. Instead employee will be assigned to all steps where the equipement is.
  3. A new configuration allows to decide if employees will be unassigned or not form equipment when they clock-out.
  4. Both configurations can be found in configuration/talents.

Corrections 

   ✯ Fixed a bug that was not fetching location of existing inventory in inventory production popup.
   ✯ Fixed a display bug in the item(article) production recipe drop-down.
