Create a connection between Zoho Books and ALIX

Summary

It's is essential to create a two-ways connection between Zoho Books and ALIX. Without this connection, ALIX can synchronize information with Zoho Books, but the other way doesn't work.

BEFORE creating the custom function, you need to create a Pre Defined Connection and delete it. Without it, you will receive an error message when trying to save the custom connection. To create a pre defined connection : in Zoho Books, go to Settings -» Developer Space -» Connections -» Pre Defined Connections

 Create a custom connection


1. In Zoho Books, Go to Settings -» Developer space -» Connections -» Custom Connections.

2. Click on  « Créer un nouveau service » button.

3. Enter the following information : 



Consumer key (ID) :
zoho

Consumer secret : 
i5i09hFrCIedESesqVIrKdCajeTeUbhg

Autorize URL :

Access Token URL :

Refresh Token URL :


You need to enter your organization ID where there is a red square. To find the organization ID, in ALIX, click on your user :


4.Create the connection with theses settings :
