How to change your ALIX subscription

To change the number of liscences available in ALIX, you need to change your montly subscription. To know know more about the differents subscriptions and costs, visit our website.

   Modifier son abonnement

  1. Go to Settings -> Subscription.

  2. Click on "Modify".

  3. User the arrow or write the number of each license you need.

  4. Click on "Save".

  5. A window will appear with the financial impact. You need to confirm the change for them to be effectives.


The next invoice will be increased or credited according to the change made.

If you add users, you will receive an invoice with a prorated amount based on the current billing frequency.
If you decrease the number of users, a credit in proportion to the billing period will be applied to your next bill.
