Inventory report on a specific date

Summary

The integration between ALIX and Zoho Analytics makes it possible to know the inventory value in the past. In this article, you will find the procedure to select the desired inventory date. Please note that this report is synchronized every 3 hours.

 How to change the date

  1. Go to the Zoho Analytics app.

  2. Open the data table named "Inventory_Date".



  3. Tap the date to change it.

  4. Select the desired date. The inventory report will be posted on the selected date at midnight. The selected date is therefore not included in the report.



  5. Press « Save ».



  6. Update the inventory report so that the data is updated.

It is important not to change the name of the data table or column.
