March 23rd 2021 update

Contexte Context

This update makes corrections to the Materials, Resources and Shipping modules.

Fixes

✯        Titles of production recipes containing special characters are displayed correctly.
✯        The Owner A3 and Sponsor A3 fields no longer display if continuous improvement is disabled..
✯        The Postage Paid/Postage Due field is saved in the shipment when modified.
✯        The Project field is now available in the Reception grid.
