This update brings some minor improvements and fixes.
News
✯ Create a Zoho Books Bill based on an ALIX purchase order
- It will now be possible to convert an ALIX PO into a vendor invoice (bill) in Zoho Books automatically. This feature will therefore speed up the creation of vendor bills by adding the correct book account values and most of the information already contained in the ALIX purchase order.
- To enable this action in purchase orders, it is required to activate a new configuration of the Zoho Books integration in ALIX:
- This configuration will add the "Convert to vendor invoice" action for all purchase orders except for those with a "draft" status:
- A confirmation message is displayed upon a successful bill creation and it is possible to click on the bill number to open the bill in Zoho Books directly:
- Accounting account information must be filled in articles or in item groups in order to successfully transfer to Zoho Books.
✯ Other minor improvement(s)
- The Zoho Analytic "resource_work_time_view" view will now have all the fields related to time worked and resource costs.

✯ Fixed a bug in purchase order copy.
