Contexte Context

This update brings a major improvement in all the main pages of the new experience: the views. In addition, with this latest change the Article (BETA) page is now officially published replacing the old version.

News

✯ Views are now available
  1. It will now be possible to manage views on all grids of key entities in ALIX. A view allows you to save filters, sorts and a choice of columns that can be used to quickly take actions or make decisions. The concept is not new in ALIX, but the concept has been improved from top to bottom.
  2. Here are the features in the grid header:

    1. 1. Click in the header to choose a view, edit a view, or even reload your data manually.
    2. 2. Choose your favorite views per user. They will be at the top of the list in alphabetical order.
    3. 3. Create a new view with the button at the bottom of the list.
  3. Here are the features in the view creation/editing page:

    1. 1. A name must be entered for the view to identify it.
    2. 2. The owner indicates who is responsible for the view.
    3. 3. The view can be private or shared by everyone.
    4. 4. The owner can lock it making sure that no one changes the view except him and that even for a view visible to all.
  4. It is possible to filter the data perfectly with complex constraints:
  5. Add sorts to make it even easier to view your information:
  6. Finally, choose columns and easily reorder by dragging and dropping. Columns with red asteries must be present in the grid.

  1. All that was missing were the views to finally deploy the new article grid. The old views were migrated into the new experience. Beyond the grid, the behavior of item cards remains unchanged for now.

Corrections 

  1. Fixed an issue that did not correctly display certain events in the purchase order history
  2. Fixed an occasional issue with units of measure in inventories on purchase orders.
