✯ Added the BETA reception grid

1. This new grid will eventually replace the current reception grid.
   
2. It is possible to create a new reception using the create button at the top right.
   
   
3. Also receptions can now be reversed in certain scenarios by deleting it in this interface.
   

✯ Minor improvements

1. A configuration has been added to force weight readings with connected scales only for certain security groups. This configuration is present in the inventory configuration section.
   
   

Corrections 

1. Fixed a minor issue with the receiving popup when a checklist is present.
2. Fixed an issue with the shipment schedule wizard in specific decimal scenarios.
3. Fixed a display issue when scrolling grids.
4. Fixed a minor display issue when changing pages quickly with colored dots spinner.
5. Fixed an issue with subcontract that did not calculate the planned values properly in some cases.
6. Fixed a tooltip in the associated plant on equipment.
