This update brings minor improvements and fixes.

Improved creation for configurable item variants

  1. Some improvements have been made to speed up the creation of variant items:
    1. For bill of materials attributes, the ability to replace the title of the underlying part with another description.

    2. The variant description will also default to the configurable base item description followed by the attribute name.
    3. Suffixes for SKUs on attributes in two modes. A mode for a specific key or otherwise the SKU of the part under the attribute for bill of materials attributes.
    4. Added a configuration in the inventory subsection for the default SKU separator. By default it will be a hyphen.
    5. When creating a variant with a material list attribute, the SKU of the underlying material will be displayed in the selection drop-down menu. The SKU will also be displayed on the badges and on the customer documents.
    6. When creating a variant, if a planned consumption needs to be added, the quantity will be 1 instead of 0.

  1. Fixed an issue that prevented choosing a site when creating an article.
  2. Fixed an issue with the scope in the planning tool.
  3. Fixed an issue with variant synchronization.
