This update brings some minor improvements and fixes. 

News

✯ Automatic update of item purchase cost 
  1. Now, it is possible to activate a configuration on an item so that its purchase cost is updated when a purchase order is issued.
  2. With this configuration enabled, the unit cost of the item will be adjusted based on the last purchase order issued.

  3. If the supplier is already associated with the item, the information will be updated based on the last purchase order issued.
  4. A global configuration can also be enabled so that all new items created have this active configuration by default. This will not change the state of items that are already created. This configuration can be found in the inventory section.



✯ Improvement on cost management
  1. Several improvements have been made to the cost management in ALIX to facilitate the interpretation of the data collected during the planning and execution of operations.
    Here is the list of all these improvements:

  2. The addition of color on the cost grids to facilitate the understanding of the information.

  3. In the project performance section, a list of sales-type cards to quickly check the overall result of the project on a card-by-card basis.

  4. Planned cost calculations are available on manufacturing recipes in items.

  5. The ability to quickly update the cost of a manufactured item in the accounting section of an item based on the preferred manufacturing recipe.
  6. The cards in "template" type projects also have a calculation of planned costs.

  7. Manufacturing orders cards have the calculation of planned costs and actual costs in comparison in each of the cards.
✯ Minor improvements

  1. Cards can now move between a setup stage and a production stage even when several cards are in the same equipment.

  2. The ability to link a custom Zoho CRM module to a sales order.

Corrections 

  1. Fixed an issue that prevented purchase order lines from being deleted when the item is not managed in inventory.
  2. Fixed a problem with calculating the expiration date of manufactured inventories.
  3. Fixed an issue that prevented filtering by vendor when adding a purchase order line.
  4. Fixed an issue that was preventing showing the customer name on shipment.
