✯ New method of calculating sales prices

1. Sales cards will now be able to calculate their price with two different modes, the current mode called "Computed card price" and a new mode called "Subcomponent Sales Prices".
   
   
2. This new mode calculates the selling price of the card based on the selling prices of the items consumed in the card. This method should be very effective when selling a set of items at a single price.
3. The current mode named "Computed card price" will remain the default mode. However, a configuration has been added in the project subsection to change the default value: 
   
   
4. In addition, the sales price in the sales order will now be highlighted if the calculated price and the current price are different. By clicking on the price value in display mode, the components of the calculated selling price can be validated as usual. We have also added a button directly in this popup window to put back the calculated price on the sales order line.
   
5. The sales long description on sales template cards is now a multi-line text box.

✯ Minor improvements

1. Added a notification for the new major version ALIX 11 scheduled for October 11, 2023.
2. Added a new configuration to put default notes and conditions in purchase orders. This configuration can be found in the inventory subsection:
   
3. Sales long description fields on card template form is now a multi-line text box.
   
4. New analytic view on item planning configuration (min/max).

Corrections 

1. Fixed an issue in the planning tool that did not display rows in the correct order.
   
2. Fixed a minor display layout issue on card form and on card template forms related to long description fields.

Technical changes

1. None
