Minor improvements

1. Improved the performance of the auto-reserve feature in sales orders.
2. Improved the display of inventory location in some drop-down menus.
3. Added the preferred vendor field to the grid of the planning module.
4. The purchase order price will always be resynchronized to the associated inventories, regardless of their status.
