Context

This update brings a new feature to schedule shipment releases in addition to some improvements and minor fixes.

It will now be possible to generate batch of shipments according to a precise schedule thanks to a new function in the sales orders module.
The first step will be to plan the release schedule using the different options:
The last step is to check and adjust as needed all the shipments that will be created through this schedule:
Once the process is completed, the program can be canceled or updated which will overwrite what is still not shipped by a new schedule.
Through this process, reserved invetories will be divided according to shipments. When cancelling a shipment, reservations will now be restored in the sales order by default. This behavior can be modified through a new configuration in the inventory config:

✯ Minor improvements

It will now be possible to duplicate a sales order line.
Before cancelling a shipment, there will now be a confirmation popup to avoid unintentional errors.
Added carrier information in the "inventory_history_and_planned_transaction_view" view.

Fixed a translation problem with the English shipments and stock receipts section.
