✯ Other minor improvement(s)
  1. Added the "tag" column in the card grid under planning section.
  2. Added the Yard unit of measure in ALIX.
  3. Added the customer name in the default shipment view.
  4. Improved the planning_inventory_view by adding the inventory tag and using the inital measure for inventory to be received instead of the current measure.

Corrections 

  1. Fixed an issue when copying a card that was not always keeping the production output source.
