Incoterms configuration

1. It is now possible to configure the Incoterms used on sales orders and they are now displayed on the PDF document in the header.
   
   
   
2. A new section in the configurations allows you to manage your Incoterms list. The code corresponds to the unilingual information displayed on customer documents and the description serves as a note to facilitate selection on orders.
   
   

Minor Improvements 

1. The default break and dinner configuration is now a free field instead of a selector.

2. Added some fields in analytical views:

1. public.item_step_planning.planned_slot_id : Added the equipment ID to a column in the operations table.

2. public.equipment_slot_view : Added a new view of equipment in the table columns.

3. public.item_basic_view.template_ID : Added item ID to card view.

3. Added an option on personalized services to associate or not a default customer on the finished products created.
