This update adds the Salesperson and Buyer fields as well as minor fixes.

Added Salesperson and Buyer fields

It is now possible to allow a talent to be a salesperson and/or a buyer.

Allowing a talent to be a salesperson and/or buyer
  1. From the menu on the left, choose Talents -> Talents.
  2. Click on the talent you want. The information of this talent appears on the screen.
  3. To allow this talent to be a salesperson and/or buyer, select the Buyer and/or Salesperson fields.
  4. Once done, you can exit this window. The information is backed up automatically.

Select a salesperson in a sales order

  1. In the left menu, choose Sales -> Sales Orders.
  2. Click on the desired sales order. The information for this order appears on the screen.
  3. The new field allows you to choose the salesperson from the selected talents. If you are a salesperson yourself, your name will be chosen by default.
  4. The new field allows you to choose the salesperson from the selected talents. If you are a seller yourself, your name will be chosen by default

Select a buyer in a purchase order

This field already existed, but the list of available talents is now filtered with only the talents who are buyers.
  1. From the menu on the left, choose Purchases -> Purchases Orders.
  2. Click the purchases order that you want. The information for this order appears on the screen.
  3. Choose the buyer from the selected talents. If you are a buyer yourself, your name will be chosen by default.

Corrections

  1. Fixed an issue that allowed inventory creation to be set to 0.
  2. Fixed an issue with some item lines appearing duplicated.
  3. Fixed an issue when updating some sales orders to Books.
  4. Fixed an issue that allowed inventory productions to be 0.
  5. Fixed an issue that prevented a sales order or purchase order from being created with an anonymous user.
  6. Fixed an issue that prevented some cards from being moved in the operation board.
  7. Fixed an issue that caused slowness when searching in the operation board.
  8. Fixed an issue when the site in the planning was set at global.
