This update brings some minor improvements and fixes.
News
✯ Partial overhaul of inventories and receptions
- From now on, inventories to order and receive will no longer have a current measurement. A transaction will be recorded upon receipt of the inventories. In addition, the interface of inventory maps has been reviewed and improved. - Here is an overview of the modified inventory cards:
- 1. The inventory status is always displayed in the card header.
- 2. The quantity in stock as well as all other quantities arealways visible in the header of the card.
- 3. The "Consumption" section is renamed "Transactions" to better reflect its nature.
- 4. Receiving now generate a transaction on inventories in order to adjust the current measure.
- Please note that it will now be impossible to manually change the status of inventories. It will be necessary to go through the transactions of order and reception. In addition, some actions that could alter the current quantity in order or receivable inventories are now blocked.
- In the purchase orders, some changes have also been made.
- The quantity received is now visible on purchase order lines.
- The popup window that opens now shows the status of receipt of inventories instead of inventories and their respective current quantity.
✯ Other minor improvements
The "inventory_history_and_planned_transaction_view" view now returns corrected dates with today's date for late scheduled transactions and for transactions made in the future.
Corrections
Fixed an issue that didn't always associate the contact person on a WooCommerce order.
Technical changes
Inventories have changed the ID format in the database. This could impact query tables in Zoho Analytics for all customers.
