Minor improvements

1. Allow unplanned tool scanning and support for an external tool tag that can also be scanned on a card in the tool section.
   
   
2. Adjustments at the visual level have been made in the grids to correct overlapping overlays or text overwriting and also to make ALIX visually more pleasing when using in general.

Corrections

1. Fixed an issue that prevented an item from being duplicated under certain conditions.
   
2. Fixed display on the base purchase price in setting up volume pricing on items.
   
3. Fixed an issue that prevented a project from being associated with a sales order under certain circumstances.
