Improved operations Board header.

The operations board is one of the key sections in ALIX, today we are starting the redesign of this section in the new experience starting with the header. The new experience will be reminiscent of what's in the new sections like sales orders. Here is the list of changes made:

1. Improved the appearance of the operation table header.
   

2. The ability to select multiple cards at once and perform batch operations such as moving cards or printing labels.
   

3. The Value Stream selection behaves like the column selector in the grids of the new experience.
   

4. The appearance of the graphs and statistics has been reworked.
   

5. The time period selector for statistics has also been improved.
   

6. Advanced filters are now in a subsection.
   

7. The "Solo mode / Multi mode" button has been moved to the more actions menu of the board and it is now more explicit with a description
