Minor improvements

1. Added a "Other Costs" field in the "Origin/Manual Values" tab on inventories to manually include these values in the total unit cost of inventory. The "Other Costs" value will be divided by the initial inventory metric and summed directly on the "Actual Unit Cost".
   
2. Minor performance improvement when opening a next-gen page from an old-gen page.

Corrections

1. Fixed an issue that sometimes caused ALIX to crash in the item section.
2. Fixed an issue where the sales order number was not displayed when adding shipment lines directly in the shipment.
