February 25th 2021 update
Context
This update makes changes to the Inventory module and item templates through the introduction of items.
New features
✯ Items module
Redesign of inventory templates and item templates with inventory production. These are now Items.
Item templates with inventory production will be automatically transformed into manufactured item
- Production recipes will now be found in the list of production order items when creating an item.
- The Inventory Templates tab is now called Items.
- The creation of Inventory Templates is replaced by the creation of Items.
- When the Manufactured field is enabled, indicates that the item is associated with production recipes that can be used to create items.
- The items interface has been reorganized to be clearer.
- Sales and Purchase information has been moved and separated into two tabs to improve the user experience. Supplier information is now located in the Purchasing section of the Item.
- The Kanban has been moved to the Inventory section of the Item.
- The production tab replaces the production item templates. The production recipes, formerly made with the item templates, are now centralized in the item in order to improve production management. Several production recipes can be added to a single item.
