Fields for email templates

Summary

With the use of email templates, it is possible to add fields that will automatically fill with information related to your sales orders and purchase orders. The list below categorizes them and includes a short description so that talents can integrate them well into their templates.

 Sales Order Fields

  1. 1. {{plant_company_name}}

This field contains the company name. By default, this field is found in the subject of the email template.



  1. 2. {{so_name}}

This field contains the name of the sales order displayed as follows: SO - #####.



  1. 3. {{customer_display_name}}

This field contains the name of the customer / the target organization of the sales order.



  1. 4. {{user.fullName}}

This field contains the user's name when opening the email template.

  1. 5. {{project_display_name}}

If your sales order is linked to a sales project, this field will contain the display name of said project.

  Purchase Order Fields

  1. 1. {{vendor_display_name}}

This field contains the name of the supplier / the target organization of the purchase order.



  1. 2. {{po_name}}

This field contains the name of the purchase order displayed as follows: PO - #####.



  1. 3. {{buyer_display_name}}

This field contains the display name of the user who completed the purchase order.

  1. 4. {{owner_phone}}

This field contains the telephone number of the talent assigned as Buyer in the purchase order.



  1. 5. {{expected_delivery_date}}

This field contains the expected delivery date. This field will also display the time ( 00:00:00 ) .
