How to Modify User Information

Summary

When creating a talent, the fields: username, user type, security group and temporary password are generated by the system. Once the talent has been created, these fields can be modified.

 Modify fields

  1. Navigate to Talents section - Talents.

  2. Click on the talent you want to modify.

  3. In the User section, press Modify.

            

1. Username

By default, the system generates a username. You can modify it according to your preferences.

2. User Type

This field allows you to modify the user type according to the number of licenses remaining in your subscription. To modify your subscription, see the article: how to modify the ALIX subscription.

3. Security Group

This field allows you to modify the user's security group. Some restrictions apply according to the user type selected above.

4. Password

These fields allow you to create a temporary password for the user. The next time he logs in, the user must create a personalized password.
