How to ship inventory
Summary
Once the shipment is planned, verification is needed to ensure that inventories leave the warehouse to the right destination. This article shows you how to ship sales lines. To learn more about shipment planning, click here.
Ship inventory with source inventory
- Navigate to: Inventories - Shipments.
- Select the desired shipment.
- In the Pick List tab, you will find the sales lines to ship.
- Information of the item(s) to be shipped.
- Source inventory and quantity to be shipped.
- Click the check mark to indicate that you have picked up the inventory to be shipped.
- Click the edit icon to indicate the quantity picked if it does not represent the quantity to be shipped.
- Once the shipment leaves your warehouse, press the Ship Items button.
Ship inventory without source inventory
- Navigate to: Inventories - Shipments.
- Select the desired shipment.
- In the Pick List tab, you will find the inventories to ship.
- Information of the item(s) to be shipped.
- Click on the +.
- Select the source inventory.
- Select the quantity to be picked.
- Enable if inventories are picked up.
- Once the shipment leaves your warehouse, press the Ship Items button.
