How to create talent
Summary
Talents represent your company's employees. Once a talent is created, the user can navigate and use ALIX according to their security group. Talents are essential to the operation of the company.
Important: please ensure that your number of licenses allows you to create a new resource. Talent creation
- Navigate to the Talents section.
- To find out the number of licenses remaining, press the arrow.
- To add a talent, press the +.
- Available licenses appear with white writing while unavailable license types are shaded. - Enter the requested information, of which here is some information:
- PIN: The PIN is a series of 5 digits that must be unique to each resource. By default, the system generates a PIN when creating the resource, but this PIN can be changed. The PIN is required to perform actions in anonymous mode.
- Hourly rate: this field is used to calculate production costs but is not visible to everyone.
- Fringe: % of additional costs of the employee's salary related to the benefits.
- View on payroll: check if you want the resource to appear in the Paysheet tab.
- Project manager: check if the resource can be selected as manager in the configurations of a project.
- Username: will be generated automatically.
- Password: will be generated automatically. This is a temporary password that the user must enter when logging in for the first time. He will then be able to create a personalized password.
- Visible steps: check the information to which you want to give the user access.
- Board stats: check if you want to display production statistics in the Operations tab.
- Project column, Cancel/Done column, Production release column: check if you want to give access to these sections in the Operations tab.
