Contexte Context

This update brings major change to project statuses and some minor fixes.

News

✯ Improvement of project statuses in ALIX
  1. Project statuses have undergone a major overhaul to improve the user experience when tracking your Projects/Sales Orders. Three new independent statutes have been added:
    1. Shipping status: Based on the Sales tab in a project and shipments shipped, automatically calculate whether the project is "To ship", "Partially shipped" or "Shipped".
    2. Billing status: Based on the Sales tab in a project and billing, automatically calculate whether the project is "To be invoiced", "Partially invoiced" or "Invoiced".
    3. The payment status: For the moment it is managed manually in the project with a drop-down menu between "Payment pending", "Partially paid" or "Paid".
  2. The quantity of different project statuses has also been decreased to simplify the use of the application. the remaining statuses are "Draft", "Quote sent", "Open", "On hold", "Canceled" and "Closed". Please note that this could have an impact on custom analytics.

  3. A field to enter the notes left by the customer during an order has also been added to the project below the project description.

  4. The way in which cancelling and deleting a project works has also been reviewed and improved. As an example, cancellation will no longer remove the lines from the order, but rather remove it from the billing and shipping sections. In addition, the deletion of project will be much more limited as for example if you have invoices issued or shipments shipped on this project.
✯ Other minor improvement(s)
  1. Possibility to assign an item group to an item through a custom integration.

Corrections 

   ✯ Fixed an issue that could cause an entry without an employee on the equipment in the board.
   ✯ Fixed a potential issue in massive contact sync to Zoho Books.
   ✯ Decomission of a configuration that could ship shipments based on the change in project status.
